Sandra and J. A. Sasser started buying and selling real estate in 1978 and have both been licensed Realtors in the state of Alabama for almost two years. Prior to receiving her license, Sandra worked as an administrative assistant for a top producing real estate team and had many years of sales experience as well. J. A.’s extensive experience in sales and management, acting as District Manager for over 50 retail stores in Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee will provide you with the confidence you’ll need with the biggest purchase of your life. They also own and manage rental property in North Alabama.
Sandra and J. A. specialize in rural properties throughout north Alabama, having sold property in Madison, Morgan, Marshall, Limestone, and Cullman counties during 2008.

Sandra and J. A. are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, and the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors. Both have received extensive personal training from Leon Crawford, Accredited Real Estate Trainer and past Chairman of the Alabama Real Estate Commission. They have had Advanced Individual Training by Johnny Loewy, named as one of the Top 200 Real Estate Professionals by the Wall Street Journal.
Both Sandra and J. A. are native North Alabamians but have lived in Tennessee and Mississippi. In 1991 they came home to Alabama and have lived here since. In their time off they enjoy spending time with their two lovely daughters, reading, and traveling. Southern Gospel Music has always been of great interest to them. In fact, they often sing with other family members at special occasions and benefit fund raisers.
The Sassers are both active in their church; Sandra is on the Hospitality Committee and J. A. is the church secretary and serves on various committees. J. A. and Sandra have also directed the Youth Choir for many years. Both volunteer in the local school near their home as well, spending time reading books to students and helping on special occasions.
